Tonight was a development meeting for Adler Realty and the community of Los Feliz. The Turnout was surprising and I think it surpried the realty reps. Who stood across the room with mostly their arms crossed and un happy faces at the large turnout. Did they really think nobody would show? After all they want to demolish the historic hollywood Derby building built back in 1928 by Cecil B. Demille and later became one of the chain Brown Derby restaurants. Many hollywood films have been shot there including Mildred pierece and Swingers!
